Hummingbirds are part of our landscape in Georgia and across the southeast. Each year the small town of Hogansville hosts the Hummingbird Festival. Participating in this event inspired this painting. I paired the bird with flowering dogwood in muted colors of blue and green, for the garden lover and backyard bird enthusiasts to enjoy.
